Review: Almay Lip Vibes Collection

First of all, I have to apologize because Almay is a brand that I have seriously slept on. Prior to receiving this gorgeous PR package, I was not checkin’ for Almay products. I had not heard anything in regards to them being chocolate girl friendly but this #LipVibes collection completely blew me away.

The Lip Vibes Collection has 24 shades. The lipsticks are a mixture of satin and matte finishes as well as a few toppers. There is a variety of shades such as nudes, reds, plum, pinks, and even a navy blue.

What stood out the most to me with this collection was the formula, pigment and packaging.

The formula seems to be very smooth and moisturizing (even the mattes). I loved that I didn’t need a lip liner to make them look wearable. I did notice that they were not super long lasting.

Packaging Almay did a great job with the packaging of not only my package but of the product itself. It is super cute, fun and fresh yet sturdy. I love the names of the lippies too.

final thoughts

This collection is a 9/10 for me. I love the lippies. The formula is comfortable and pigment is crazy. The price point is very affordable yet doesn’t compromise of the quality. I would definitely head to your local store to check these out.
