The Power of Positivity

Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof”.

A wise man once said, “When the praises go up, the blessings coming down”. It is extremely important that we speak positive words over not only our own lives but also the lives’ of those around us (friend or foe). The act of speaking words out loud, acts as a catalyst in the process in which those words turn into reality. Speaking negativity over our lives’ plants bad seeds that prevent ourselves from reaching success and happiness. Negativity is like quick sand. It causes you lose sight of the big picture and everything positive you have to be thankful for. Negativity can consum you drawing you further away from your break through. When we speak positive words out of our mouth, we draw ourselves closer to success, growth and happiness. Our words dictate the direction in which our lives go. Be deliberate when using the power of the tongue. Choose to be positive and stay encouraged.
